ご予約・お支払いについて

How can I make a reservation? You can make a reservation via our booking page. If you want to make a same-day reservation, please refer to the next question.

WEB予約以外は他の予約方法はありますか？ 只今、WEB予約しか承っておりません。予約をご希望の方はこちらでご予約ください。もし当日予約をご希望の方は、次の質問をご覧ください。

Can I make a reservation on the day? Sure, if there is an available time slot, we are happy to accept same-day reservations. Please call or send us a DM via Instagram 2 hours before your visit.

当日でも予約はできますか？ 空きがある場合には当日でもご予約可能です。来店時間の2時間前までにお電話またはインスタグラムにてご連絡ください。

Is it possible to make a reservation for a large group? For now, we accept a maximum of 4 people per reservation. If you have a larger group, please send us a message with the following details via Instagram: ① Date & Time ② Total number of people ③ Number of females & males.

大人数での予約はできますか？ 只今、一回に最大4名までの予約を承っております。大人数での予約をご希望の場合は、①来店日時 ②人数 ③男女比をお決めいただき、InstagramのDMでお問合せください。

Is it possible to make a reservation for a child? We welcome the children aged 3+. Before making a reservation, please send us a message with the following details via Instagram: ① Date & Time ② Total number of children ③ Gender ④ Height and Shoe size in cm

こどもの予約はできますか？ 3歳以上のお子様のみ予約を承っております。ご予約の際は、①来店日時 ②お子様の人数 ③性別 ④身長と靴のサイズ　をお決めいただき、InstagramのDMでお問合せください。

How can I pay at the store? We accept the following payment methods:

What do I need to prepare before my visit? Please bring your identification (ID) with you. *If you cannot provide your ID, we cannot provide the rental service. We will keep a copy of your ID for record purposes and dispose of it promptly when it is no longer needed. (For ladies, it is helpful if you wear or bring a sports bra or a tank top with pads.)

何を用意した方がいいですか？ 手ぶらでお越しいただいても問題ありませんが、身分証をお持ちください。※身分証をお忘れの場合はレンタルできませんのでご了承ください。本人確認のため、身分証のコピーを保管させていただきます。その後、不要となった段階で速やかに廃棄いたします。 （女性の方はパッド付きのタンクトップやスポーツブラを着用していただけると助かります。）

About Rental & Plans
レンタル・プランについて

What time should I return the items? Please return by 6 pm. We do not accept returns after business hours, so please make sure to return before we close by 7 pm. For late or next-day returns, please refer to “About the late return charge.”

何時までに返却すればいいですか？返却時間は全プラン共通で18:00までです。営業時間を過ぎての返却はできませんので、必ず閉店時間の19:00までにお戻りください。延滞料金または翌日返却料金については「延滞料金について」をご覧ください。

Can I have my hair set or makeup done? There is a free hair setup and makeup corner. We provide items for hair setup and some cosmetics. Please feel free to use them within your booking time. We also provide free image consultation. If you have any questions, please send us a DM via Instagram.

ヘアセットまたは顔のメイクをしてもらえますか？ 無料のヘアセットとメイクコーナーがございます。ヘアセットに必要な道具やコスメを準備しておりますので、予約時間内にご自由にお使いください。イメージコンサルタントも無料で提供しております。ご質問がございましたら、Instagramでご連絡ください。

Can I choose or view the kimono in advance? We are sorry, but at this time we cannot accommodate requests to choose or view the kimono in advance. You can select from the kimonos displayed on the day of your visit.

着物を事前に選んで予約する、または下見は可能でしょうか？ 大変申し訳ございませんが、現在は着物を事前に選んだり下見したりすることは承りかねます。当日お好きな着物をお選びいただくようお願いいたします。

About Damage & Loss
商品の汚れ・破損について

It depends on the size and type of stain, how it was damaged, and the condition of the item. A spot stain of foundation, rain, mud splashes, light food spills, etc., no worries, the cleaning fee is included. For recoverable stains or damage, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. For large and deep stains, like red wine, blood, or unrecoverable damage, you will be charged the full price of the item.

お貸出し中の汚れの種類・範囲、破損・商品の状態によりお客様に修復費用をご負担いただく場合がございます。通常の汚れ（ファンデーション、雨、泥はね、軽い食べこぼしなど）はクリーニング代込みとなっておりますのでご安心ください。過度の汚れ・破損があった場合、商品の状態により修復費用をご負担いただく場合がございます。ワインや血液のシミが広範囲で加工業者での修復が難しく柄に支障をきたす場合や、生地が破れて修復が困難な場合は商品の価格をご負担いただく場合がございます。

About the Late Return Charge
延滞料金について

If you return the item after 6:15 pm, there will be a late return charge of ¥1,100 (tax included) per item. If you cannot return the item on the same day latest by 7 pm, it will count as next day return. There will be a charge of ¥6,000 (tax included) per item. If so, please come to our shop and return the item before 11 am.

18:15を過ぎた場合は延滞料金として1着あたり1,100円(税込)のご精算を頂きます。もし当日の19:00までに返却できない場合、翌日返却になります。その際は、翌日午前11時に返却してください。また1着あたり6,000円/名(税込)が加算されますので、返却の際にご精算をお願いいたします。

About Change, Cancellation & Other
変更・キャンセル・その他について

Change and Cancellation If you want to change or cancel the reservation, you can do so on the web booking system before your reservation day. For same-day changes or cancellations, please contact us via phone or Instagram 2 hours before your reservation time. If the cancellation is due to extreme weather, no cancellation fee will be charged. If you are a no-show on your reservation day, you will be charged the full booking amount.

変更・キャンセル ご利用日の前日までにWebで変更やキャンセルを承ります。当日の変更・キャンセルは可能ですが、予約の2時間前にお電話またはInstagramのDMでご連絡ください。天候に関する理由による取り消しはキャンセル料金が発生しませんのでご安心ください。当日にノーショウされた場合は予約料金を頂戴いたします。

Late If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please contact us. Please note that if your arrival is delayed by more than 30 minutes, we may accommodate the customers who arrive on time. Thank you for your understanding.

遅れ 15分以上ご到着が遅れる場合はご連絡ください。なお、30分以上大幅にご到着が遅れる場合は、お時間通りにご来店されたお客様からご案内を進めますので、何卒ご了承の上ご来店いただきますようお願いいたします。

Luggage We provide one bag (45×65×20cm) for each person to store their personal belongings. It is free if everything fits in the bag. We will keep it until you return the kimono. For valuables, please make sure to bring them with you before you go. If you have any suitcase or large luggage that does not fit in the bag, we also accept them for 550 yen (tax included) per piece.

お荷物 お荷物のお預かりはお一人様ごとに一つずつ45×65×20cmの袋をご用意しております。こちらに入るものであれば無料でお預かりし、着物返却時にお返しいたします。ご貴重品はお預かりできませんので、必ずお持ちになってご出発ください。キャリーケースや大きなお荷物などご用意した袋に入らない場合は、1点550円(税込)でお預かりしております。
