変更・キャンセルについて

Change and Cancellation If you want to change or cancel the reservation, you can do so on the web booking system before your reservation day. For same-day changes or cancellations, please contact us via phone or Instagram 2 hours before your reservation time. If the cancellation is due to extreme weather, no cancellation fee will be charged. If you are a no-show on your reservation day, you will be charged the full booking amount.

変更・キャンセル ご利用日の前日までにWebで変更やキャンセルを承ります。当日の変更・キャンセルは可能ですが、予約の2時間前にお電話またはInstagramのDMでご連絡ください。天候に関する理由による取り消しはキャンセル料金が発生しませんのでご安心ください。当日にノーショウされた場合は予約料金を頂戴いたします。

Late If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please contact us. Please note that if your arrival is delayed by more than 30 minutes, we may accommodate the customers who arrive on time. Thank you for your understanding.

遅れ 15分以上ご到着が遅れる場合はご連絡ください。なお、30分以上大幅にご到着が遅れる場合は、お時間通りにご来店されたお客様からご案内を進めますので、何卒ご了承の上ご来店いただきますようお願いいたします。

Damage & lost 商品の汚れ・破損

It depends on the size and type of stain, how it was damaged, and the condition of the item. A spot stain of foundation, rain, mud splashes, light food spills, etc., no worries, the cleaning fee is included. For recoverable stains or damage, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. For large and deep stains, like red wine, blood, or unrecoverable damage, you will be charged the full price of the item.

お貸出し中に汚れの種類．範囲、破損・商品の状態によりお客様に修復費用をご負担いただきく場合がございます。
通常の汚れ(ファンデーション、雨、泥はね、軽い食べこぼしなど）は、クリーニング代込みとなっておりますのでご安心ください。
過度の汚れ・破損があった場合、商品の状態によりお客様に修復費用をご負担いただきく場合がございます。ワインや血液のシミが広範囲で、加工業者での修復が難しく柄行に支障をきたす場合や、生地が破れて、修復が困難な場合は商品の値段をご負担いただきく場合がございます。

Late return charge 延滞料金

【Same-Day Return Plan】

Return must be completed by 6:00 PM. If returned after 6:15 PM, you must contact us in advance, and an additional fee of ¥2,200 per person will be charged.

If you cannot return it before 7:00 PM, please return it the next day between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM, and an extra fee of ¥6,600 per person will apply.

【Overnight Plan】

Return must be completed between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the following day. If returned after 11:15 AM, please contact us to reschedule the return, and a late fee of ¥2,200 per person will be charged.

If you plan to return it on the third day, an additional fee of ¥6,600 per person will be required.

【If you cannot return it in person】

If you're unable to return the kimono to our store yourself, we can arrange a pickup at your hotel.

In this case, a transportation fee of ¥5,500 will be charged (only within Hakata and Chuo wards). For other areas, please contact us for a quote.

【当日返却プラン】

返却は18:00までにお願いいたします。18:15を過ぎる場合は、事前にご連絡の上、追加料金としてお一人様あたり2,200円を頂戴します。19:00までの返却が難しい場合は、翌日の10:00〜11:00の間に返却をお願いいたします。その場合、追加料金としてお一人様あたり6,600円がかかります。

【泊まりプラン】

ご返却は翌日の10:00〜11:00までにお願いします。11:15を過ぎる場合はご連絡の上、再度ご返却時間を調整し、お一人様あたり2,200円の追加料金を頂戴します。

3日目に返却される場合は、追加でお一人様あたり6,600円が必要です。

【店舗への来店が困難な場合】

お客様ご自身でご返却が難しい場合、スタッフがホテルまで回収に伺うことも可能です。その際は別途交通費として5,500円を頂戴いたします（対象エリア：博多区・中央区）。その他の地域については別途ご相談となります。

For the valuables, please make sure to bring them with you before you go.
ご貴重品はお預かりできませんので、必ずお持ちになってご出発ください。

Documents for identity verification 身分証

If you cannot provide your ID, we cannot provide the rental service.
We will keep a copy of your ID for record purposes and dispose of it promptly when it is no longer needed.
身分証をお忘れの場合はレンタルできませんのでご了承ください。
本人確認のため、身分証のコピーを保管させていただきます。その後、不要となった段階で速やかに廃棄いたします。
